Treatment Effects
- Short-term effects: Immediately after filler injection, the forehead appears plump, facial contours become smoother, and forehead concavity or flatness is improved, resulting in more harmonious facial proportions. For instance, with hyaluronic acid filler, noticeable results are visible right after injection.
- Long-term effects: The duration of different filler materials varies. Hyaluronic acid typically lasts 6–12 months; if autologous fat cells survive well, the results can be long-lasting; and implanted prosthetics provide durable effects as long as no complications arise. Over time, filler results may gradually diminish due to material absorption, metabolism, and other factors.
